Izabela Białecka was born in 1985 in Zawiercie. The beginning of her classical singing goes back to 2003, to her hometown’s Municipal Cultural Center and the teacher Leopold Stawarz. Six years later she graduated with honors from the Mieczysław Karłowicz State Music School of secondary level in Katowice, in the Prof. Benon Maliszewski’s class of solo singing. In the same year she won the 2nd prize at the II Interschool Mieczysław Karłowicz Vocal Competition in Katowice.
In the years 2011-2016 she studied at the Vocal and Acting Faculty of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music, in the Prof. Ewa Iżykowska-Lipińska’s class of solo singing. She graduated with honors and her diploma performance obtained a rating of 24/25. When studying she was involved in a number of projects: she sang solo parts in Suor Angelica (Puccini), Opera review (Mozart), Operetta easy and difficult, Choral morning (Mendelssohn-Bartholdy),
I can hear this song from childhood memories... (Moniuszko), Bel canto amore mio (Verdi) and Opera, operetta, musicals... fireworks (Gershwin). The staging of Puccini's Suor Angelica was a big success, it was presented at the Young Opera Forum, the Young Stage of the Warsaw Chamber Opera and the Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz.
Developing her skills, Izabela Białecka took part in the master course of Maestra Evghenya Dundekova in 2014 and in composer Lowell Liebermann 's workshops, concluded with a concert in presence of the composer.
In 2017 during the XXVII International Festival of Sacred Music in Warsaw, Izabela Białecka presented the Feliks Nowowiejski's Songs.
Izabela Białecka also has a degree in education as a cultural animator: in 2009 she graduated from the Faculty of Ethnology and Educational Studies of the University of Silesia in Cieszyn.
